We will coordinate interviews with you so that you can assess whether the candidates we offer are suitable for your profile and company culture. At your request, we will check references from previous workplaces of the candidate selected for the job.
6 Job Offer and Job Placement
Once you have decided on a candidate for the position, we will assist in negotiations between you and your chosen candidate and manage the job offer process. We also support you in offering candidates an attractive and industry-appropriate remuneration package. In addition, we will be in contact with your new employee until the start date and will also inform candidates who are not selected for the position.
