4 Reporting
Following our initial candidate selection process, we will present you with a shortlist of top match talents and share with you detailed profiles, resumes of candidates and also including our insights as well.
5 Client Interviews and Reference Check
We will coordinate interviews with you to have the opportunity the presented candidates in order to assess whether they fit your determined profile and company culture. Upon your request, we will perform reference check of the selected candidate for the job from previous employers.


6 Job Offer and Placement
Following your decision on the candidate for the position, we will assist the negotiations between you and your chosen candidate and lead the job offer process. We also support you in offering candidate an attractive and industry-appropriate salary package. Beside that, we will keep in contact with your new employee in lead up to start date and notify the candidates who weren’t selected for the position as well.
