After earning her bachelor's degree in İstanbul University’s Faculty of Business Administration, she completed her Master's in Human Resources Management at Bahçeşehir University. She has been working in the field of Human Resources within the IT sector over 18 years. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed numerous projects including recruitment, job analysis, organizational development, training and orientation, career planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, quality and process improvement, as well as company mergers and acquisitions. Since 2015, she has been running recruitment projects for both local and global IT companies, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.

In 2019, she founded Zenith HR to provide specialized recruitment and placement services for the IT sector.
