We’re seeking an enthusiastic and professional Freelance IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related
- 4+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle IT Recruiter (preferably staffing agency)
- Expertise in technology recruitment, create and execute recruitment strategies to reach top talent
- Excellent source and screening skills in technology (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Having experience filling positions across international locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks and critical deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Conducting active outreach through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to source potential candidates
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data reporting.Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices, with demonstrated success in creative sourcing and candidate engagement
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews, ensuring candidates meet the necessary qualifications
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant parties.
- Create meaningful and equitable interview processes, ensuring all candidates have a positive experience
- Balance your role as both a candidate advocate and business partner to ensure the best match for all parties
