We are looking for an experienced ‘Sales Account Manager’ for our client operating in call center solutions. Position will be responsible for developing and managing account relationships with major clients and generating new leads to collaborate on new services and solutions
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective key accounts to generate new business opportunities
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets
- Conducting and developing business development activities in the target customer segment
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and vendors
- Proactively working with the customer to define contract terms and successfully closing the sale
- Coordinating the execution of sales and marketing activities, monitoring sales budget, trading partnerships and annual agreements
- Carrying out pre&post-sales activities in accordance with business plans
- Demonstrating ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Preparing sales reports in line with the KPIs assigned to him/her
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, MIS or Engineering departments
- At least 4 years of experience in software solution sales in the IT sector
- Having banking and finance sector network is a big plus
- Highly persuasive, solution-oriented, strategic and analytical thinker
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in project management principles and end-to-end sales process execution
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Active driver (License Class B) with no travel restrictions
- Preferably completed military service for male candidates
